- It is advised not to bring unnecessary valuables during the trip, as the company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
- The child rate applies to children aged 4-11 years old.
- The maximum capacity of the boat is 70 passengers, but the trip will not exceed 50 passengers.
- If there are fewer than 25 bookings for a trip, the company reserves the right to cancel it.
- All reservation shall be subject to availability and confirmation by the company.
- Any Cancellation less than 24 Hours will incur 100% cancellation fee. Full charge will be imposed for a no-show.
