A snorkeling day trip to Koh Racha Yai Island from Phuket
Discover the beautiful Racha Island (also called Raya Island), with its pristine beaches and sapphire seas, making it the perfect tropical escape. The island's west coast has a perfect little bay, with two rocky outcrops sheltering the fine sands of a peaceful beach. Head up to the viewpoint on the southern edge of the bay and you can see the entirely of this tiny little dot of perfection in the middle of the sea. You will even see Ao Kon Kae Bay on the eastern side of the island, which has a coral reef just off the coast which is ideal for divers and snorkelers.

Transfer from your hotel to Chalong Pier in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Depart from the pier by speedboat to Racha Island. Journey time is approximately 40-45 minutes, depending on weather and conditions.

Arrive at Patok Beach or Ter Bay (depending on season). Relax on the sparkling sands of the white crescent beach or snorkel the clear waters of this delightful bay.

Lunch at a beachside restaurant, after which you can try some snorkelling and explore Kon Kare Bay with its clear water and colourful fish, as well as an abundance of beautiful corals.

Return to Patok Bay for the rest of the afternoon swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing and relaxing at your leisure.

Depart Racha Island for Phuket.

Arrive at the pier for transfer to your hotel.
